Designing

The main focus of Design Managers work in SIA „Bauplatz” is elaboration of construction plans for residential, public and engineering buildings including illustration of architecture, interior design, as well as engineering parts for separate projects. Design specialists also provide originator’s supervision of projects during the construction process.
Projection Department manages the elaboration of construction plans and their parts independently and in cooperation with other engineers/ engineering bureaus, or by managing the designing process after the subcontract is signed. Development of the projects sometimes require the involvement of other architects/ architect bureaus.

Various innovative, globally-used building systems are applied in the development and implementation of projects. The progress of the project is based on the knowledge, experience and use of specialized computer systems.
