Company SIA „Bauplatz” was founded in 2007, but began its active work as General Coutractor in construction industry of Latvian, Russian and European markets in 2010. For the first three years since its inception the company was mainly operating as a subcontractor in construction industry of Latvia.

SIA „Bauplatz” main activities include but are not limited to building and reconstruction work, designing and improvement work, construction of internal and external engineer networks.

The main focus of work performed is monolith reinforced concrete work, decoration, glass façades, plumbing and electric installation. For monolith reinforced concrete work, the blocks as well as other technologies produced by the company “Doka” are used, depending on the needs of each particular project. The so called tunnel blocks are being utilized as well.
